Meet Our Dedicated Dental Team at GV Smiles

Kimberly’s journey into orthodontics began when she was a patient herself. The warm and welcoming environment she experienced during her own treatment inspired her to pursue a career in the dental field. She went on to earn certifications in Dental Assisting, Radiology, Coronal Polishing, CPR, and Ultrasonic Scaling for the removal of dental cements. In 2005, she passed her state board exams and became a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in California.

Kimberly has been a part of GV Smiles since its opening in 2011, bringing years of experience and a passion for patient care. She not only assists in treatment but also helps families navigate financial arrangements and insurance coverage. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and taking on new challenges—whether it’s under the hood of a car or trying a new recipe. Kimberly cherishes time with her two kids and pets, spending weekends at the beach or enjoying movie nights at home.

Originally from Michigan, Ashley has spent most of her life in the Napa and Fairfield area. With an orthodontic assistant for a mom, Ashley grew up immersed in the field, attending orthodontic events and even assisting at our annual celebrations, such as the Turkey Trot and patient appreciation parties.

Ashley is studying nutrition at Solano Community College while working alongside Dr. Adair to provide top-tier orthodontic care. She enjoys the hands-on aspect of assisting and loves building relationships with patients. When she’s not at work or school, Ashley enjoys crocheting, playing video games, and spending time with her pets—a husky named Duke, a corn snake named Valentine, and a fish named Fishy. Lisa was born and raised in the Fairfield/Vallejo area, where she now raises her daughter, Cadence. Her interest in dentistry began at a young age after experiencing a dental injury, leading her to enroll in a Dental Assisting Program after graduating from Rodriguez High School. While in school, she began working part-time as a dental assistant, completing her training in 2010. Lisa has spent over a decade working in pediatric dentistry, helping children feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair.

Outside of work, Lisa and her daughter love going on adventures together. Whether they’re searching for Pokémon in Pokémon GO, baking Filipino desserts, or visiting Disneyland during the Halloween season, they make the most of their time together.

Ashley’s passion for dentistry started when she worked in healthcare as a medical assistant. Dental assisting became a family tradition—both of her sisters also work in the dental field! She has always loved visiting the dentist, and oral hygiene was instilled in her from an early age. Once she started dental assisting school, she quickly fell in love with the profession, excelling in her studies and enjoying the challenge of working with children.

Ashley enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, camping, and volunteering as a camp counselor at local outdoor schools. A true Disney fan, she loves binge-watching movies on Disney+ with a bowl of popcorn. If you’re a Disney enthusiast, she’s always up for a chat about all things magical!

Lidia has worked as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for over 15 years. She began her career in general dentistry but soon realized that working with children was her true passion. Once she transitioned to pediatric dentistry, she knew she had found where she belonged. She loves the humor and energy that kids bring to the office, making every day fun and exciting.

When she’s not at work, Lidia enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their two small dogs, Sebi and Noodle. The family shares a love of movies—especially action and comedy films—and takes frequent trips to Disneyland. If you’re looking for a great movie recommendation or want to talk about the latest Disney attractions, Lidia is always happy to chat!

Originally from the southeastern United States, Sarah is a recent transplant to California, where she now lives with her husband and stepdaughters. She has worked in pediatric and orthodontic dental offices for years and enjoys forming lasting relationships with children and their families.

Sarah is loving the adventure of exploring the Bay Area and settling into her new home. In her free time, she enjoys painting, gardening, and cooking. If you need a good Southern recipe, she’s the go-to expert for chicken bog, tomato pie, or pimento cheese! When she’s not experimenting in the kitchen, you can find her in her art room or grilling out with her family. If you hear a friendly “y’all” in the office, you’ll know it’s Sarah!
